Strong together for equal opportunities in our education

Our future depends on the education of our children .

With the right and sufficient support, kindergartens can effectively combat social disadvantage.

1. Social disadvantage

Social background shapes educational opportunities – only 20% of children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds currently attend a grammar school.*

2. Kindergartens with great influence

90% of children attend kindergarten, but kindergartens often lack the financial resources to ensure optimal care and educational preparation.

"I have been working as a kindergarten teacher for 12 years. In our daycare center, approximately 100 children are lovingly cared for every day and their development is supported.

However, this support requires age-appropriate materials and attractive equipment__. My colleagues and I strive to accommodate all children within the legal framework. The children's daily smiles are priceless and make this work so special.

These facts require not only the personal resources of each employee, but also financial resources ."
